DOSAGE

Pump Dosage Guide

State the required output in ml per complete pump stroke when comparing syrup pumps. Use the confirmed dosage information for the selected model and configuration, then review it with the bottle and application requirement. This guide is a purchasing reference, not a tested accuracy or viscosity specification.

What Dosage Means

Dosage describes the amount dispensed by one complete pump stroke, expressed here in millilitres. The required output helps identify the configuration to discuss before ordering. A published configuration value should not be interpreted as a guarantee of identical measured output under every operating condition.

Current Syrup Pump Dosage Values

The current listed models have the following confirmed dosage information. Use the Syrup Pump comparison page to open each model. For examples, 1001B-28/410 lists 5 ml, 8 ml and 10 ml configurations, while 1501C-38/410 lists 15 ml. Neither example is a recommendation for an unreviewed bottle.

Why Dosage Matters

Your dosage requirement should be stated alongside the intended dispensing use, bottle connection and dimensions. Do not select a configuration simply because it is commonly used elsewhere or assume that a specific dose is correct for every beverage or recipe.

Describe your own requirement, then confirm the selected configuration and any evaluation criteria before ordering. The selection guide explains how dosage fits into the complete product decision.

Check the product information for each model.

Select the required 5 ml, 8 ml or 10 ml configuration for a listed 1001B model before ordering. The list does not mean that an operator can adjust one pump between all three outputs during use. The name 1001B-28400-8CC does not restrict that model to a fixed 8 ml output. Use its current confirmed configuration information rather than deriving a specification from the code. Likewise, do not transfer a 15 ml value to another model merely because it looks similar.

Before discussing a sample review, record the exact pump model and requested dosage configuration, bottle and dip-tube information, the syrup and intended operating conditions, desired output, and any measurement or acceptance requirements. Include questions about accuracy, repeatability or performance that require evidence, plus the proposed quantity, destination and sample arrangements to be confirmed.

Keep confirmed configuration values separate from performance questions. If you need a tolerance, viscosity range, cleaning condition or regulatory document, ask for the applicable evidence; none is established by this dosage table alone.
